Polycom VVX IP Phone

Configuring your Polycom VVX IP phone to work with SIPTRUNK is quite simple, and can be completed in just minutes.

1) After logging in as the administrator on your phone, go to Settings > Lines in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

NOTE: Try the default admin password "456" if you are unsure of the password.

2) You will then see all the lines the phone has on the left-hand side, and Line 1's configuration settings will show up in the main part of the window.

3) After choosing which line you would like to configure (likely Line 1), match your line configuration to the image below, replacing your SIP trunk number and password with the values found under the "SIP Trunking" tab in the SIPTRUNK customer portal.
