Can I Request a Customer Service Record (CSR)?

SIPTRUNK does not provide CSRs. However, all CSR information is available in the customer portal under the Profile tab of each account.

This includes:

Company Name

Authorized Name

Address

Account Number

PIN (if you have one on file)

Each number is its own BTN. However, if porting multiple from the same account, just use any porting TN as the BTN.

Click the “Set Account Security PIN” link to determine if a PIN is on file.
