Open a ticket by emailing porting@siptrunk.com. Be sure to include the porting number, as well as the country. From there, SIPTRUNK will confirm portability with our international carrier and provide additional instructions if we’re able to move forward.
Checking Portability
1. Log in to the Customer Portal, hover over the “Number Porting” menu, and choose the “Check Portability” submenu option.
2. Enter the number you wish to port, paying careful attention to the number format.
NOTE: Please do not include the country code.
3. If the number returns as not portable, email porting@siptrunk.com and provide the number(s) for an additional check.
