Felix,

We are working on that. It'll be put up here as soon as it's complete! In the meantime don't hesitate to open a support ticket and we'll walk you through as necessary.

Do you have updated version 3cx v14 virtual PBX where it need custom SIP port like 13060 instead of 5060?

Good question. The virtual edition of 3CX requires no modifications to the process outlined in the guide. It is only the source port from 3CX which is modified. This is not addressed in the guide, rather you are configuring the destination port at SIPTRUNK.com which always needs to be port 5060.

A 3CX technician had looked over my configuration using the guide above and had me uncheck "Supports Re-invite" and "Supports Re-Place" and making sure that only the option "PBX delivers audio" was selected.

"When the options Supports re-invite and replaces are selected, transfer details are reaching the provider (while they should be staying on the PBX)"

We were having an issue that when a caller was put on hold, or was calling someone's direct extension, they were not hearing the hold music - and the 3CX tech blamed the issue on that.

I just wanted to post that in case a) someone else is having the same issue or b) that this is incorrect and this should be reconfigured in some other manner.

We are currently using 3CX v14 and after making the requested changes we can hear the hold music when calling an ext or dialing direct.

*edit* After speaking with SIPTrunk, we have checked back off 'Supports Replace' and that seems to help.  Will update this if things are still good in a week
